God's Directive To Us: "Walk In MY Wisdom"
Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day.
You, through Your commandments, make me wiser than my
enemies; for they are ever with me. I have more understanding
than all my teachers, for Your testimonies are my meditation.
I understand more than the ancients, because I keep Your
precepts. Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
(Psalm 119:97-100; 105 ; NKJV)
For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to
the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has
chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and
God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the
things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the
things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which
are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should
glory in His presence. But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who
became for us wisdom from God - and righteousness and sanctifi-
cation and redemption - that, as it is written, "He who glories, let
him glory in the LORD."
(I Corinthians 1:26-31 ; NKJV ; bold emphasis ours)
Dear holy, Creator YHVH God, through Your Word You created
all things. Praise be to Your glorious name. Move us to walk in
Your wisdom. Help us better understand we have, in Your Word,
more wisdom than our enemies! Help us walk - in our actions -
in this perspective: We have more understanding than all our
teachers who do not honor Your testimonies! Help us to live
consistently as we take our daily steps, in alignment with Your
Truth - that we understand more than the ancients! And THANK
YOU, Lord, that it's Your Truth - not ours - which allows us to live
in humble confidence and that this confident demeanor is available
to anyone who is willing to submit to Your worldview perspective.
Lord, free us from the bondages of darkness by illumining our
minds to Your high ways! Please do so for YOUR glory and
praise. In the name of Your beloved Son we pray, amen.

Communication Is Good !
And certain men came down from Judea and taught the brethren,
"Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you
cannot be saved." Therefore, when Paul and Barnabas had no
small dissension and dispute with them, they determined that Paul
and Barnabas and certain others of them should go up to Jerusalem,
to the apostles and elders, about this question. So, being sent on
their way by the church, they passed through Phoenicia and Samaria,
describing the conversion of the Gentiles, and they caused great joy
to all the brethren. And when they had come to Jerusalem, they were
received by the church and the apostles and the elders; and they re-
ported all things that God had done with them. But some of the sect
of the Pharisees who believed rose up, saying, "It is necessary to
circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses."
Now the apostles and elders came together to consider this matter.
[ Then, a letter (that is, further COMMUNICATION) went out ... ]
Then it pleased the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to
send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and
Barnabas, namely, Judas who was also named Barsabas, and
Silas, leading men among the brethren. They wrote this letter by
The apostles, the elders, and the brethren, to the brethren who
are of the Gentiles in Antioch, Syria, and Cilicia: Greetings.
Since we have heard that some who went out from us have
troubled you with words, unsettling your souls, saying, "You
must be circumcised and keep the law" - to whom we gave no
such commandment - it seemed good to us, being assembled
with one accord, to send chosen men to you with our beloved
Barnabas and Paul, men who have risked their lives for the
name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We have therefore sent Judas
and Silas, who will also report the same things by word of mouth.
For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you
no greater burden that these necessary things: that you abstain
from things offered to idols, from blood, from things strangled,
and from sexual immorality. If you keep yourselves from these,
you will do well. Farewell.
So when they were sent off, they came to Antioch; and when they
had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the letter.
When they had read it, they rejoiced over its encouragement.
(Acts 15:1-6 ; our commentary ; 22-31 ; NKJV)

Father God, my how Your revelation has kept us on track! Thank
You for communication in general. Help us, Lord, to be willing to
further communicate (even in the setting of debate) whereby Your
Truths are highlighted in such a way which promotes our listening
to Your Word - a light unto our path and a lamp unto our feet. And
Lord, if this debate should take place, please open the eyes of our
hearts, too! Do so in such a way that fosters obedience to You
concerning our being prepared and ready to meet the challenges
ahead. In the name of Your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ we pray.

God's Precious MERCY In Times Of Trouble
Unto You I lift up my eyes, O You who dwell in the heavens.
Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their masters,
as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes
look to the LORD our God, until He has mercy on us. Have mercy
on us, O LORD, have mercy on us! For we are exceedingly filled
with contempt. Psalm 123:1-3 (NKJV)
Through the LORD's mercies we are not consumed, because His
compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your
faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22, 23 (NKJV)
LORD, during these days and the soon-coming hellish days of the
war against Your Saints in Jesus Christ, have mercy upon us. Give
us resolve to walk in Your Spirit and abide in Your Vine. May we be
faithful Ambassadors to the end. In Jesus Christ's holy name, amen.

Sincere Expressions Of Faith
But Lord, be merciful to us, for we have waited for you. Be
our strength each day and our salvation in times of trouble.
The enemy runs at the sound of your voice. When you stand
up, the nations flee! Isaiah 33:2, 3 (NLT)
Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and
you will be hated by all nations for My name's sake. And then
many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate
one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive
many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many
will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.
Matthew 24:9-13 (NKJV)
Precious Shepherd, please guide Your needy sheep during these
most challenging times. Supernaturally empower Your Saints in
Christ Jesus to continue loving to the end. Help us, LORD, we
pray. Blessed be Your holy name. Amen
